These Terms govern your use of LaciStream, including its app, website, beta services, social, messaging, streaming, discovery, and business features.

1. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least 13 years old to use LaciStream. You are responsible for accurate account information, account security, and activity through your account.

2. Beta and Developing Features

Some features may be beta, preview, tester-only, limited-access, or coming soon. They may change, experience interruptions, contain errors, or be removed before general release.

3. Your Content

You retain ownership of content you create, subject to rights you grant us to host, store, process, display, distribute, transmit, adapt, and otherwise use it as reasonably necessary to operate, improve, secure, and promote LaciStream. You are responsible for having the rights needed to share your content.

4. Acceptable Use

You may not use LaciStream to violate law, deceptively impersonate others, harass or endanger people, distribute malware or spam, interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, evade safety systems, infringe intellectual-property rights, or post prohibited content.

5. Moderation

LaciStream may provide reporting, blocking, moderation, removal, restriction, and suspension tools. We may act on content or accounts to enforce these Terms, protect users, respond to reports, or comply with law.

6. Messaging, Calling, and Live Features

These features depend on network conditions and third-party infrastructure and may not always be available. You are responsible for your communications and streams.

7. Businesses, Promotions, and Advertising

Business profiles, listings, promotions, and advertising may be subject to additional eligibility, review, availability, and content requirements. Placement does not constitute LaciStream endorsement.

8. Intellectual Property

LaciStream names, logos, branding, interface elements, software, and owned materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

9. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains our information practices.

10. Suspension and Termination

You may stop using LaciStream or delete your account through available controls. We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access for safety, legal compliance, security, abuse, or violations.

11. Service Changes

We may modify, add, suspend, limit, or discontinue features or portions of LaciStream.

12. Disclaimers

LaciStream is provided “as is” and “as available” to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free functionality, or accuracy of user-generated or third-party content.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LaciStream and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service. Nothing excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
